Oliver Zolin’s career of trained chef, waiter and businessman has taken him to Kenya, Indonesia, Canada, New York and even to Giorgio Armani in Munich. After almost 20 years of travelling the world, the restaurateur, born in 1963, has now settled in Lenk. "I’ve only ever worked in the most beautiful places in the world. And Lenk is no exception." For Oliver, his wife Miriam Bandekow and their two daughters, Lenk is the ideal new home.
